Apply advanced theoretical knowledge of management and business operations principles, as well as experience using standard occupational tools, to assist Project Managers in coordinating and carrying out the evaluation of business requirements and procedures to develop more efficient and effective operations. Individuals will work with project managers to carry out the following duties and responsibilities: Assist Project Manager in analyzing data related to business requirements and operations to develop solutions and alternatives to improve efficiency. Coordinate and interview and work with client’s personnel to observe current operations. Develop and conduct studies and measure metrics used to evaluate productivity, profitability and operational efficiency. Define and document performance testing, profiling and optimization patterns. Oversee the preparation of reports and document findings.
Work with client’s management team and make recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures and operational changes. May perform other tasks normal to this occupation, as assigned.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems or any related Management field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position that provided the required knowledge and abilities. In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems or any related Management field of study and five (5) years of progressive, post-degree experience in any related positions that provided the required knowledge and abilities. Employer will accept a foreign degree.
